Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully. Rattling Bolt provides a web-based platform where you can discover and play games (“Platform”).

By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

• Platform: The Rattling Bolt websites, apps, and related services that let you access games and community features.
• Games: The browser games available through the Platform at any time.
• Services: The Platform, Games, and related features we provide.
• User / you: The person who uses the Services under these Terms.
• Account: A registered user profile on the Platform.
• User Content: Text, images, feedback, and other materials you submit to or create with the Services.
• Virtual Items: Virtual currency, cosmetics, boosts, or similar digital items that may be available in some Games.
• Intellectual Property Rights: Copyrights, trademarks, database rights, and similar rights worldwide, whether registered or not.

Subject to these Terms, Rattling Bolt grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to create an Account (if available) and use the Platform to play Games for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

This license continues only while you follow these Terms. We may suspend or end your access if you do not.

We also grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to create and publish gameplay content, including streams, videos, and screenshots of Games on the Platform, subject to these conditions:

• The Platform and Rattling Bolt branding remain visible where practical and are not obscured in a misleading way.
• You monetize content only in ways allowed by law and by the rules of the site where you publish.
• You do not infringe third-party rights.
• You do not claim that you are officially endorsed, sponsored, or employed by Rattling Bolt unless we have agreed to that in writing.

We may revoke this streaming license at any time.

Some features require an Account. When you register, you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Usernames and passwords are personal to you. Do not share them or let others use your Account.

You are responsible for activity that happens through your Account. If you believe your login details were compromised, tell us right away. We are not liable for loss caused by unauthorized use that results from your failure to protect your Account.

You may close your Account at any time through available account settings or by contacting us. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate Accounts when we reasonably believe that:

• You transferred or sold an Account
• You are creating legal risk, harming other users, or infringing rights
• You violated these Terms or our policies
• Information you provided cannot be verified
• An Account has been inactive for a long period

Some Games may offer Virtual Items or other paid features. Prices and availability can change. Unless required by law, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered.

• Virtual Items have no real-world cash value and cannot be sold, traded, or redeemed for money unless we expressly allow it.
• Payments may be processed by third-party providers under their own terms.
• If your Account is suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms, you may lose access to Virtual Items without refund.

When using the Services, you agree that you will not:

• Cheat, hack, exploit bugs, use bots, or otherwise interfere with fair play
• Harass, threaten, spam, or abuse other users
• Upload or share unlawful, harmful, hateful, or sexually explicit content involving minors
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to access non-public parts of the Platform except as allowed by law
• Distribute malware or disrupt the security or availability of the Services
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes without our prior written permission
• Violate applicable laws or the rights of others

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend Accounts to enforce these rules and keep the community safe.

You keep ownership of User Content you submit, but you grant Rattling Bolt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Platform.

You are responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it. We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or other feedback, we may use that feedback without obligation or compensation to you.

The Platform, branding, software, and related materials are owned by Rattling Bolt or our licensors. Games may be owned by independent developers. Except for the limited licenses in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Services except as expressly allowed here or by applicable law.

Some Games or features are provided by third parties and may be subject to additional terms. Those third-party terms apply between you and the third party.

Links to external websites, promotions, or offers are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, products, or practices.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rattling Bolt and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or gameplay progress, arising from your use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Platform or Games at any time. This includes patches, feature changes, and removal of content. We are not obligated to keep any particular Game or feature available indefinitely.

These Terms apply from the moment you start using the Services until your use ends. You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Services.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits, will continue to apply.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Rattling Bolt regarding the Services and replace prior agreements on the same subject. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a reorganization, sale, or similar transaction.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operations, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
